Terms and Conditions for GoBlast App
Welcome to GoBlast, an app developed by AVIFA INFOTECH PVT LTD. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the GoBlast app (“App”). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
- Applicability and Eligibility 1.1 These Terms apply to all users of GoBlast. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
1.2 You must have a Twilio account and connect it to GoBlast to access and use the App’s features fully.
- App Functionality 2.1 GoBlast is designed to help you place calls, send messages, emails, and use WhatsApp to a given list of contacts as per your instructions.
2.2 The App captures responses from your communication attempts and displays them back to you for your convenience.
2.3 You understand and agree that GoBlast utilizes Twilio and other third-party services for its functionality. We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free operation of the App.
- User Conduct 3.1 You are solely responsible for all communications made through the App. You agree not to use GoBlast for any illegal, abusive, harassing, or unauthorized purposes.
3.2 You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any accounts, systems, or networks related to the App.
3.3 You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using GoBlast. AVIFA INFOTECH PVT LTD is not responsible for your compliance with local laws and regulations regarding communication and data privacy.
- Ownership and Intellectual Property 4.1 GoBlast, including its design, features, and content, is the exclusive property of AVIFA INFOTECH PVT LTD. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved by AVIFA INFOTECH PVT LTD.
4.2 You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without prior written consent from AVIFA INFOTECH PVT LTD.

6.2 AVIFA INFOTECH PVT LTD shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of GoBlast or reliance on any information provided through the App.
Indemnification 7.1 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AVIFA INFOTECH PVT LTD and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of GoBlast or any violation of these Terms.
Modifications to the App and Terms 8.1 AVIFA INFOTECH PVT LTD reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without notice.
8.2 We may update these Terms from time to time for various reasons, including legal or regulatory changes. Any updates to the Terms will be effective upon posting the revised Terms within the App.
